Re: POSSIBLE CLASSES OVER THE WINTER INDOOR SEASON
Hello everyone, A couple of points I would like to raise, 1. I think the classes raced at the start of the year should be as follows; GT12 - Standard rules TC Stock - 17.5 blinky TC Super stock - 13.5 blinky TC Mod - Anything goes I have tried 13.5t blinky.........and will probably choose to run mod...
Re: Which car
Hi Andy, Some may say I am biased.......and they are probably right but the most popular and fastest car (Certainly at Hinckley) is the Schumacher Supastox. I am not saying its the best car, but for help starting out with this class, and for spares its probably the best one to go for. The Mardave is...

Re: Indoor Classes
Hi Dean, I tend to agree with your comments. One of the Hinckley classes should be 13.5t Blinky. We should therefore aim for the following classes Super Touring - Mod (Anything goes) Super Stock Touring - 13.5t Blinky Stock Touring - 17.5t Blinky GT12 - 13.5t & 1s in line with regional / nationa...

Re: Indoor Classes
Hi Jon, If I remember correctly, Jimmy was running the same speedo he ran in the 17.5t blinky class. This is the Much More Fleta Euro Spec.......which is the ETS control speedo and Blinky only! Anyway, I will run whatever the majority run as long as it ties in with the bit meetings.......EWS, Rug ra...

Re: Indoor Classes
Hi Ian, To answer your question first, I think 17.5t TC probably caters for the entry level of TC.? We did run the quicksilver class for a period of time but unfortunately due to lack of support it eventually fizzles out. Dean, Without any confirmation as to what classes the 'big series' are running...

Indoor Classes
Hello all, Just thought I would start a discussion on what we are likely to be racing indoors We will obviously have GT12 and Touring cars but what class of Touring should we race? Over the past couple of seasons we have been divided into 3 classes; Super touring (Mod) 13.5 Boosted 17.5 Blinky I am ...

Re: Track Orientation
Hi Guys, I have no problem with racing either way around. However, if the loop is the problem...........reposition the loop?? Can't it go near the race control computer? Also, whilst we are suggesting new ideas........can we try pitting the other side one weekend? Put the rostrum against the wall on...

Re: 5 October 2013 13.5T Final leg 1
Hi Ian, You are absolutely correct, cars 3 & 4 are in the wrong order. This was agreed by the 13.5t drivers (all of us) as this is the order we suspected we qualified in, however due to the glitch we had with the timing it showed them the other way around on the results / manually adjusted resul...

Hi Ian,
Just repeating what the others have said really. Really enjoy seeing the videos and think you are doing a gret job with them.
Thanks for taking the time to record and edit them, and keep up the good work.

Re: Tyres for TC?
There is always the Sorex 28RY..?? Same grading (Temp rating) as the current favoured tyre so should give reasonable grip levels and because they are a '28' shouldnt go off through a run............but they have a firmer (Rubber) insert so they may last a little longer. Anyone willing to give them a...

Re: Tyres for TC?
I have made my decision Ben. I am planning to run Sorex 28JB.........if this means that at later rounds I will not score points then perhaps I will have to have a re-think. But, as you are aware......I got annoyed by the lack of interest in trying alternative tyres from all the other drivers so have...

That could be fun.
I will give the no additive thing a go ........gotta get some new tyres first as I ruined all of them by having too much fun with the tyre truer!!!!!
