We would need to look at capacity issues. It gets really expensive when you start dictating what can and cant be used.

I recon 90% of mardaves racers at HRCCC run 4300.... A limit lower than this would render most of us ineligable.

A good point about the noise. Did'nt really think that one through....

Isuggest then, that when i have the car completed i bring it along so we can look intothe noise issue. I could run the car from a distance and we could see if the noise travells too far.
