set up advice for 4WD

Hi new to 4WD buggies can any one give me any set up advice.
i Have just got a atomic carbon kyosho zx 5 laser sp and need help with
what shock springs and oil to use
I have a one way diff and a one way input shaft do i try these.
and any other help would be greatfull
