New Forum catergories

Hi all.
I've added some new forums for people to use. Firstly there's a Race Reports section now. If you want to comment or write about your day at the club, feel free to post it there.
The second one is a QuickSilver section. I noticed this is a popular class on the forum so it's got a section all to itself. I've moved some of the topics over already but if i've missed any, let me know.
