Club Car

Post by Wacker2 »

Do we have a club car sorted yet for the outdoor season.

A friend of mine would like to bring his son down this weekend for a play as he thinks he'll enjoy it.

Thanks, Jon!

Hi Jon,

We have purchased a Cobra which can run in the retro class, but we are waiting for delivery of it at the moment. I would say that it will be here next week but I would prefer a week to get it prepared and make sure it works etc.

Regards

No probs, keep me posted as to when it becomes available.

Its prob a good idea to have the club car running in the retro class regardless of what car it is... mainly because it will be a beginner using it and the retro class is alot slower than others. If potential new drivers have cars wizzing past them the whole race it may put them off - first impressions and all that!

See you tomorrow chap, JB

Hi Jon,

If you can contact Mark to see if it is built he can let you know if it will be ready for Saturday.

We have brand new transmitter charger, but we may need a battery still. I am sure you could lend us one of the ones you dont run anymore!!

My advice would be to let us get this one running saturday before letting someone come down and be frustrated, unless you want to own the car set-up for us?

Thanks for getting someone else interest though - much appreciated!

Regards

Dale

we'll talk more tomorrow... but to make things clear I want to call first dibbs on using it. Its actually my new boss who wants to bring his young son and he was asking me about it today. I've told him it would prob next week before it is ready.

I'll speak to Mark tomorrow too to find out where we are at getting things sorted. We all know Mark can take his time with things so it might be that I take over and get it sorted once and for all.

As far as set up is concerned, I dont mind having a play and getting it set up.

See you tomorrow, Jon!

Hi Jon,

Yes you have first refusal on the buggy and if this one is booked out for weeks we will buy another one.

Speak to Mark tomorrow and take ownership between you.

Thanks for your support.

Regards

Dale
