Re: A vote for indoor buggies.
im definetly up for it and depending on how brandon gets on offroad he may well be doing it aswell
for, it means we will only have to have 1 car each for the hole season which will cut costs dramatically
against, erm cant think of any really

Re: A vote for indoor buggies.
im all for it... although it would need to be on foam tyres.
However, if the usual suspects (dean, gary and martin) decide to run touring cars again next indoor season then I will probably end up racing touring car myself... I need to race where the competition is.

Re: A vote for indoor buggies.
I'm definately intrested in giving Indoor Buggy Racing a go at some point..........I'll make a decision on whether to Race Buggies, Touring Cars or 12th Pan Cars nearer the time of the next Indoor Winter Season, which is around September i think?
All I do know, is that I wont be Racing Mardaves again, as its been ruined by too many different Rules, regarding Brushed G2, Brushed 27T Rebuildable, Brushless 10.5T & Mardave Sensorless Motors, which has diluted the Competition in the Class
I've recently heard that theres quite abit of intrest in having a 10.5T Pro Stock Touring Car Heat for next Indoor Season, which is also very tempting
I'f I decide to run my Buggy, it'll be on Foam Tyres, Std Buggy Springs & the same Motor as I use in it for Outdoors.

Re: A vote for indoor buggies.
Id allso be interestd, but I would want to run yellow mini pins and a 13.5/27t motor.
Re: A vote for indoor buggies.
I would be up for it if was proper indoor off road with jumps but I don't think this'll happen as it's not fair on people wanting to run mardave and touring.
I will join in with running my buggy at the last indoor meeting of this season if I'm allowed to play with my 4wd and mini pins

Re: A vote for indoor buggies.
You could easily put in one or 2 kick jumps and remove them for the other classes.
We've done this in the past.
I'd like to run buggy, but not interested if it goes the foam / touring car spring route.
Using touring car springs is another thing which I believe contributed to all the issues we used to have with wishbones.

Re: A vote for indoor buggies.
Ok! If buggies where to start indoor's then here are 3 category's to choose from?
1)...buggy with standard suspension....any motor limit..................
.
2)...buggy with standard suspension...27t/13.5 motor limit..........................foams or rubber...
.
3)...buggy with standard suspension...19t/10.5 motor limit............
please state the number you would like to race in and then the tyre choice ie: (1/rubber)
(1/foam)
That way then everybody would know where they stand when entering the buggy heat.

Re: A vote for indoor buggies.
From the list i would say 2 rubber for myself, But I would not pigeon hole this to much as I might put people Off and that will be then end of it.
Re: A vote for indoor buggies.
None of the above!
Buggys are far more fun off-road!
