Re: Mardave Classification
I personally think everything should now be left till Saturday, as the constant posts regarding 13.5t/mardave brushless, classes and everything ends up in arguments on the forum and affects the look of the club to potential new racers.
On a lighter note, nice way to come up with the name Justin!

Re: Mardave Classification
Ok Guys
After many hours of testing the New G2BL stystem it was released just before christmas, there where a few guys from your club very keen to get it up and running. and Yes we have had an issue with the low volts cut of being set to high. this has been very quickly identified at Hinkley and now sorted. I hope that Mardave & Mtroniks have acted fast to resolve these issues and you are now happy with this system.
We have a ongoing development program with the G2 Brushless stystem and as an when new info becomes available we will release it to you.
I have listed below a few basic setup for you to try
Over the coming weeks i will be sending out some Goodies to all G2BL owners in compensation for there trouble.
OK Large Circuits
Firstly set the Speed setting to what you as driver feel is drivable 100% max will be very fast so i would start about 80%
then i would play with Start Power, this is a way of making the car smooth out of corners and pick up. 100% is agressive and i have heard a few drivers say the system has very little feel, I would say most driver also have set this value to high. In all my testing 70% would be about right for large track 55% small track and Oval.
Then you have a few other options Drag brake/Torque/Punch these are explained in the instructions and can be adjusted when your happy with the basic set up.
So i hope this helped, you all know where i am if more help is needed.
many thanks for your continued support

Right People I have just got off the Phone with Chris from Mardave. . .
After a long chat Chris has now explained to me the changes . . .
So to cut down a 30 minute long story the system that I USED is in no way the same. . .
It has gone through a few changes and to be fair
I must put that here to say that it’s changed FROM THE ONE I USED and rightly so
And that he assures me it is a lot better.
And that if I want any info or help I’m only to call or e-mail him and he will help. . .
Also He will bring one up to Hinckley for me to test. . . TOP BLOKE OR WHAT
AND YOU NO LONGER NEED A COMPUTER TX
It will work on a standard none computer set now as well
