Hi Michael,

Have you raced with us before? What class do you run?

If you have any questions about the club before you come to Hinckley just let me know.

My recommendation is to arrive around 11.45am. We should be starting to race around 1pm with a 6pm finish. Three rounds of qualifying followed by two legged finals.

Happy racing.

Regards

Dale

Yeppers, I race Mardave. I did the GP a few months ago but it was only my second time out racing. My car is the one that is blue and red with white stripes that is in Dez's RC Mag write up about the GP. I did not do too well as my knowledge of set-ups was not up to par. Since then I have been driving weekly at Leamington I have been doing really well and am in hopes that I win their 10 week winter series as I have been pole in the A-Main about 7 out of 9 races and have taken 1st in the mains I think the same. Same goes with the qualifiers, almost 1st in every race. Some say I have already won the series but I will not believe that until the series is over.

But, from what I hear, I will be able to see just how well I really do drive by comparing to you guys up there. Looking forward to racing up there again. Big track means big fun!

Michael, all of the mardave guys are pretty helpful if you have any issues with setups. There's also a thread on here with some info about general setup too :)

There's also another long thread here to have a read through which has a bit more info too (not sure if you need to be a member to read it).

http://www.rcracechat.com/vb/showthread.php?t=2845

Worth reading as I find I have to change my setup almost every week!
