I have received an e-mail from Tom Yardy as follows :

Just a note to say that the online entry form is now fixed and entry for the 2013 regionals is now open - http://www.brca-midwest.co.uk (Click 'enter now' top right).
Details regarding controlled tyres per event will be announced in plenty of time prior to the meetings.
