HRCCC 2WD REGIONAL 'WORKS PARTY'

Post by Wacker1 »

Hi all,

As some of you may already be aware, Hinckley Clubs 2WD Mid-West Regional Meeting is ONLY just over a week away now(Sunday 8th July)

Tom Yardy(Regional Rep) has now had the PROVISIONAL Entry List Posted up onto the Mid-West Regional Website, just incase you'd like to Check & see you've been Booked In.

You can Find it using the Following Link :

http://www.brca-midwest.co.uk/entry.pdf

So far, theres 84 Drivers on the List, so Hinckley Clubs Regional Round is looking very Promising indeed!

With this in mind, I'm sure that everyone at HRCCC is wanting this to be the Best Regional yet & the most Successful Event we've ever Held!

To Achieve this, alittle bit of Work needs to be done to our Track Markings, therefore, we're looking at Holding an 'HRCCC REGIONAL WORKS PARTY' this Sunday - 1ST JULY

We would be Grateful if as many Hinckley Club Members/Racers could Attend, to make the Work as Quick & as Easy as possible!

THINGS WE NEED TO DO/LOOK AT

1, Re-Coating the Tops of the Jumps, Table Top Ramps & Rumble Strip in a Paint/Sand combination, to make it more 'Anti-Slip' & give the Cars more Grip.

2, Cutting Down & Fitting some Plastic Guttering to the Sides of the Straight Table Top & Corner Table Top Ramps, so Cars can no longer Cut the Corner or Fall off - making Marshalling Safer & Easier!

3, Possible Repairs to any other Track Markings/Jumps

4, Everyones Ideas on a Layout for the 2WD Regional Track

Anyone else that has any further Ideas on anything to do with Improving/Helping the Club, would also be Welcome!

We dont need to get to the Rugby Club at the crack of Dawn, so we can all be quite Relaxed about it!

Say Around 11am?

.....any good?
