Is there Racing Saturday 19th May?

I'm hoping so been fairly dry last few days and thou cloud for tomorrow should stay dry....I'd assume it's all on

Now 7.30am and it is raining and has been through the night.Rain is forcast for most of the day all be it light. Will there be racing,i have no idea.

The forecast I've seen suggests it will brighten up this afternoon. We may have a damp first round.

So, as posted in the News section (Tues May 08), will a decision be posted between 9:30 and 10:00?

Hi Jez, I'm a few miles down the road in Coventry - weather is overcast, I suspect it is similar in Hinckley. This week has been pretty dry so the ground should be ok, albeit some dew on the grass. In my opinion the conditions are raceable, but I've not visited the track. As you'll see from my profile, I'm no longer on the committee so have no authority to make the call. It would be appreciated if we could have a decision posted asap.

I was on metcheck and that said rain all be it light for most of the day.

My met check for Hinckley says rain till about 7 then just overcast and cloudy temps around 9c.

Only been light rain through night

My forecast is saying cloudy all day with little risk of rain.

Next week on the other hand should be sunny, and 20 degrees

All starting from Tuesday!

As per previous message a decision has been made by the 2 racers that turned up,they have decided that racing is on.Help required from all to mow and set up the track if you wish to race.

Nice one Keith - I'll be down to help in about an hour. Save some of the mowing for me
