We have our own round of the MID-WEST Regioanls coming up on the SUNDAY 5th JUNE 2011 for 4WD CARS.

Booking in closes at 12PM 1st JUNE 2011. Entry fee £6.
The meetings run from 8AM to around 4PM, you get 1 round of practice in heat order and then 4 rounds of Qual. If you are lucky enough to make the A final you get 3 legs of racing but if you dont make the top 10 you only get 1 final.
This is a great way to increase your skill/speed and understanding of your racing. Just simply watching the top heat/A final will show you some better lines and racecraft. You get to talk to the top guys and find out tips and tricks on setups/driving etc.
You can use your 2WD in the meeting as long as it weighs the 4wd weight limit which most do anyway.
We do need some help from the club members during the day if you cannot race. We need some help in scrutineering (weighing all the cars and checking they fit in the box), we need a start line marshall to place all cars on the grid in the finals and we need some general assistance. Also we will need some help in packing the meeting up at the end.
If we dont get any help from the club guys (even if you can only spare a couple of hours late afternoon) then we will have to re-consider if we can actually hold these meetings at the club. The Regionals are a great way of getting new drivers to the venue and I hope we dont have to lose that.
