Its been a while James! I dont think I will be able to sleep tomorrow... too excited! haha.
We still allowed to pit round the corner? Have missed the gentleman atmosphere with the crude jokes a lot over the summer!

Re: motors?
No, the Sport Tuned is not allowed for Quicksilver racing. It's a 23 turn motor. And it's a black can not a silver one!!

Me neither - I'll be too excited thinking about getting my hands on some dirty Johnsons
Pitting is now in the main hall - not quite the gentleman club atmosphere of the corridor, but with a few wingbacks, a globe drinks dispenser and a picture of Her Majesty, we'll soon feel at home - I'll bring my smoking jacket.

Re: motors?
yes a phamtom motor will be loads faster than a silver can it would be like putting in a 15 turn motor. i think you could run it if you wanted but you wouldnt be able to get any points. if you wanted to get points then you could put in a hpi or tamiya motor in i think the club has some and there only £6 each hope you join us cuz quicksilver rules!

Hi Ryan (again)
If you need a motor - I can sort you out with one. I'll be pitting with Richard who you've been chatting to on the forum.
Cheers
James

Re: motors?
Thanks James, i guess when i built the car 12 years ago i asked the guy to spec it for racing (which i never did!) so i guess it was aimed at the 27T class that is now defunct.
I might run it "as is" as i will probably be all over the place to start with but will have a motor so i'm legal next time.
