Dean - just to elaborate on your post.

The entry fee is normally £6 but any entries received afterthe dedline of 12:00 Wednesday incur a £2 penalty because they are late entries. - Making it £8 as you suggest.

Additionally late entrants are not permitted to take part in practice and will be in heat 1 rather than seeded..

(Or so it says on Oople.)

See you there.

Hi all,

I think I can say that the Bunch of us that did the 4WD Regional at Coventry yesterday(19th April), really enjoyed it :D

The Weather ended up being great & there was a fantastic turnout of Racers(around 70), that had a decent Standard of Driving 8)

The Track Layout was alittle more Technical than usual, mainly the Section from the Double Jump to the Corner after the Back Straight. This was slightly more tricky for the 2WD's

A couple of minor Incidents occured, but NO broken Chassis's this time

Roll on Round 2!

Well I was trying for the chassis, but only managed 1 caster block, 1 steering yoke, 1 rear shock tower, 1 rear shock tower mount, 1 cracked wheel, and 2 bent screws.

Pretty impressive seeing as the chassis is held together with glue!

It was a great day and I'm really surprised I didn't break anything on the pred. I guess they really don't make them like they used to!

Everyone was quite shocked on how much I'd caught the sun when I got to work this morning.
