Everything lol, changed the settings to level 4 or whatever it's called, and it caused me all sorts of problems! Need to know what each setting does and what it should be set at etc.

Have found a guide by david spashett which has helped. Just wanting to know how I change the time and what TH: SPD.P etc means?
