Hi
I know the indoor meeting is mainly for touring cars and mardaves but if there is enough people who would be intrested, would you be able to do a heat for buggies.

we can only run heats for buggies if you run on foam tyres.

rubber pins at not aloud on our carpet as it ruins the grip for on road classes

As far as I'm aware, the West Bridgford Club will be holding an Indoor OffRoad Series Championship over the Winter Period. It'll be on a similar line to their Schumacher Touring Car Series, where you'll have 5 Rounds(usually 1 per month) with your best 3 to Count!
I think that the TC Series & OffRoad Series will now be a week apart from each other, so they can both be run on Sundays!

To give you an idea of what its like, heres a Link to a Video from Rd 1 of West Bridgfords 2WD Series last year :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vfzgrrv4TKM

Starting from Tonight, West Bridgford are back Indoors for their Weekly Club Meetings at their usual Venue. They cater for Mardave/Minis & Touring Cars, but the majority there still prefer to run Buggies, so theres usually around 2-3 Buggy Heats on a specially made Track, incorporating a Table Top, Jumps, Rumble Strip etc. They just Blank off or Remove parts of it when the 'OnRoad' Heats are on.
The Club will be at the School for 7 weeks, then there'll be Moving to another Venue, as major work to Replace the Sports Hall Roof will be carried out............this is the main reason why they have'nt Released 'Race Dates' for the Schumacher OffRoad & OnRoad Series yet.

Alternatively, if your feeling brave & feel like carring on with some Outdoor OffRoad Racing, the Coventry Club are holding Club Meetings every other Sunday throughout the Winter, as well as their special Midland Astro Masters Series Championship between themselves & Kidderminster Club.

Here are the MAM Race Dates :

RD1 - Kidderminster - Sunday 2nd October 2011
RD2 - Coventry - Sunday 20th October 2011
RD3 - Kidderminster - Sunday 20th November 2011
RD4 - Coventry - Sunday 27th November 2011
RD5 - Kidderminster - Sunday 19th February 2012
RD6 - Coventry - Sunday 26th February 2012
RD7 - Coventry - Sunday 18th March 2012
RD8 - Kidderminster - Sunday 25th March 2012

Its your best 2 Rounds from each VENUE to Count!

I will be doing west bridgeford over the winter as touring doesn't really appeal to me. I think they are only running on a friday night though.

A1 Racing will be doing a sunday series which Jamie and I are planning on going to

October 16th,
November 20th,
December 11th,
January 15th,
February 19th,
March 11th

Classes will be

2WD Buggy,
4WD Buggy,
2WD SCT (10.5 stock class)
SCT Open (4WD SCT's and unlimited 2WD SCT's)

location is:

Arena UK
Allington
Grantham
Lincolnshire
NG32 2EF

There will also be the Schumacher indoor masters at worksop which is awesome and well worth doing if you've not tried it before. Pre booking is essential though and there are typically 14 heats. http://www.racing-cars.com/images/pdf/w ... 011-12.pdf

9th Oct
6th Nov
27th Nov
8th Jan
5th Feb
26th Feb
18th Mar

There will be a weekend event put on at worksop and there are rumours of a weekend event at ardent.
