AGM 2010

Post by Dale »

Dear All,

I am pleased to confirm that our AGM will again he held in November (date to be confirmed) and I am requesting that you give consideration to anything you wish to discuss during this and post a comment below. As with all proposals we will need a seconder to confirm.

I am very keen for you guys and gals to have your say so the AGM gives you an excellent chance for this to happen. Also our committee is up for re-election and as far as I am aware their are no plans for anyone to step down, but as always if you wish to be considered for the committee then an additional post will be included for your persual.

I have very much enjoyed my time as Chairman over the past two years and I am more than happy to stand again for a further 2 years. After that I will need to once again check my sanity! :D

Hi All,

The AGM will be held at John Cleveland College on Saturday 13th November at 10.30am prompt.

Th AGM will last for circa 1 hour and racing will be on as normal afterwards.

All members are welcome and we encourage as many of you as possible to attend and hear about the clubs year gone and its plans for the future. The AGM gives YOU a chance to have YOUR say.

I have a proposal below to make:

Chris Child has confirmed he wishes to step down this year from his position as secretary. I would like to propose Ian Smith as his replacement and Roger Cosgrove has seconded this motion. If anyone else would like to be considered for this position, they should confirm this and produce a seconder.

Any other items wishing to be added to the agenda for the meeting should be confirmed asap.
