Re: Alter race meetings to prevent a clash with Coventry?

My Apologies to all who have voted so far. Unfortunately we will not be running a meeting this weekend due to other commitments on the part of both myself and Dale. I am however going to extend the poll running time by one day to see who still wants the dates changed after the next meeting on the 12...

Re: 2WD ELECTRIC BUGGY RACING OVER THE SUMMER

Hi All, After discussion with Dale it looks like running a meeting this weekend is going to be difficult due to other commitments on both our parts. Since there has been quite a few people wanting the dates changed, we have decided to propose the following: 5th July - No Meeting 12th July - JCC Meet...

Hi All,

I have removed all the non-registered votes this morning. Sorry, but I need to know who is voting to make it fair. Please make sure you are logged in when you vote!

Re: 2WD ELECTRIC BUGGY RACING OVER THE SUMMER

Hi Dean (and everyone else),

I have just posted a poll to get an idea of who wants to change the race meetings at:

http://hinckleyrccc.co.uk/phpforums/vie ... ?f=3&t=404

Just want to get a real quick feel for the numbers really.

Cheers,
Scott

Alter race meetings to prevent a clash with Coventry?

Hi All, I think the topic subject says it all. We need to decide on this *very* quickly if we are to change the dates. I am going to put the following constraints on the poll. 1. Registered members only please, and I need to know your real name to make your vote count 2. The clock stops on Thursday ...

Re: 2WD ELECTRIC BUGGY RACING OVER THE SUMMER

Hi All, Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who helped out yesterday. The Track once again was excellent, with a good placement of ramps on corners that favoured the brave :D On the topic of ramps, I have asked the Committee to make a decision before the weekend, so either Dale or myself will give...

Re: 2WD ELECTRIC BUGGY RACING OVER THE SUMMER

Hi Dean, Are you racing at Coventry this Sunday (11th May)? If so, would you be willing to keep an eye on Conor? I will be away for that meeting, but his Dad may drop him off if someone is willing to make sure he is okay. He's pretty competent at fixing things, but sometimes needs a little help with...

Re: 2WD ELECTRIC BUGGY RACING OVER THE SUMMER

I am trying very hard not to be interested in running offroad on the 17th, as it would mean I would have to purchase 6 cell packs / tyres / motors etc. for 2 drivers, and I'm trying to reduce my expenditure at the moment. A certain 8 year old has other ideas though. Worryingly, instead of telling h...

Hi All, Just recently aquired a shiny but used T2, that comes complete with a stock team brood motor. After installing a new Novak XRS speed controller - I realised that there were no visible capacitors on the motor. Is this normal? The instructions for the Novak are saying you should have two capac...

Hi Tim,

I'm interested to see what you mean with O'Ringing the motor pod pivot. Do you simply just add one between the ball headed bolt and the chassis? Currently I have it flush to the chassis, so does this mean my front end is more stable and I get understeer?

Cheers,
Scott
