Re: Championship 07-02-2009 Round 5

Yes so my name should appear in there in the near to distant future then   Yep! Also, I just noticed I was wrong about the F1/F2 for Mardave MOD. I did not scroll far enough down the page! :) Looks like James Baker is going to walk it unless some other kids get a little extra pocket mone...

Re: Championship 07-02-2009 Round 5

Is the mardave f2 for junior's? or what is it for? Hi Nick, Yes, we should have three tables for the Brushed Mardave. Mardave - which shows everyone lumped together Mardave F1 - Adults Mardave F2 - Juniors Unfortunately we have two issues: 1. Modified Mardave - this is causing confusion because the...

Re: Championship 07-02-2009 Round 5

Hi Justin, Took a quick look and I can see that all the brushless drivers I know about have 0 for round 5. If you take a look further down the page, you should see another table called 'Mardave MOD'. This has James coming 2nd yesterday amongst the brushless guys. Can you do me a favour and take a lo...

Re: last saturday's result's?

Hi James,

Unfortunately the current championship was based on qualify position and not final result. We were in the process of sorting this out and realised that a few of the juniors are in the wrong category also. Hopefully we should have this sorted by next week.

Cheers,
Scott

Re: club membership form's

I have sent Nick a copy of the form, but if anyone else wants to print it out and fill it in, then I have attached it to this message. I'll ask Ben if he can find a more permanent home on Saturday.

Cheers,
Scott

Re: LIPO Batteries in Mardaves

Hi all, I think this thread has started to drift from the original subject and people are taking things a little personal. Just to be clear, the video links were removed from a previous post because they were deemed inappropriate, specifically as the videos showed deliberate abuse and not failures d...

Re: What are the best motors, battery's and tyers?

Hi Ed, Conor and I are copying Dale, since his car was balistic a few weeks ago after he bought a new motor and LiPo's! (all gone downhill since though.... ) 1. Nosram Storm Evolution 13.5T Motor (sintered rotor) 2. Orion 3800 30C LiPo batteries. 3. VTEC 27 Tyres (already have these, but gett...

Re: Mardave brushless / chassis NOW WITH A POLL

I agree with Tim's last post on the rules, they are nice and concise, but I also think you should allow at least the brushless class to put any holes in the chassis they like. Holes are free, you don't need to pay for them! :D Just make sure you have everyone adhere to the weight limit... Cheers, Sc...

Hi All, Sorry, but I forgot to remove the non-scoring drivers from the Championship at the end of the meeting. I'll update them this week and send them to Ben for re-posting. I or Ben will let you know when this has been done. This only affects the Championship points for the Mardave class. Cheers, ...
