Re: Tekin Start and End RPM's?
What makes you sure that it's the speed of your car costing you 2-3 tenths? Your car always looks rapid to us, so maybe you need to think about your racing lines? I dumbed my speedo down for the last final on Saturday, yet i equalled my best lap time. So speed is not the be all and end all, though d...

Re: Put the Order in for Xray t3 2011 EU Spec & Tekin finall
Hi Michael, When building XRAY's the manual will guide you through how set your car up with a basic carpet set. I've run numerous XRAY's and the basic setups are very good, should be competitive out the box. Then will just be a few tweaks here and there to suit your driving style/track :D Seems a bi...

Re: Winter 2011 Series : What Classes
Hi All, After Saturdays turn out  i guess you can strike 10.5t off the list! I'm happy to drop back down to 13.5 with or with out timing advance for season part two. Think the most important thing for the club, is we take some of the speed away, and bring back closer competitive racing. Which...

Re: Tekin ESC setup help
Hi Chris,
What motor are you running and we should be able to help.
Not sure about a setup for 12th, but have a look at the link (towards the bottom) and that may point you in the right direction http://www.carsrcracing.co.uk/?p=244

Re: FANTASTIC START TO HRCCC'S OFF-ROAD SUMMER SEASON
Hi All, As Dean mentioned, a big thanks to Eric, Matt and Ben for running this weeks meeting, with out them we would of not had a meeting at all. Track was built and packed away in good time, still could do with a few more hands helping carting it around! Great days racing, shame the track dint quit...

No motor limits, just depends on your ability
Top racers in 2wd generally use a 6.5.

Re: Which 10.5
Hi James,
I was running the GM on Saturday just gone with a Nosram Spec speedo, very smooth and speed seems to be on par with the Novaks. Plus is only £65
Their are new 10.5's from Novak & Speed Passion, but not heard any reports on these yet.

Re: Lipo Chargers
Hi Rich, I was using the Orion Advantage until recently and have switched to the Orion Race Advantage, similar to the Clubman. I've noticed no difference in the performance of my Lipo's. The Orion Advantage is quite old now, and back in the day was a high end charger. But every thing has moved on so...

They have a great venue, moderate size track (10m x 20m ish!) with a professional looki...
