Hi all, As the Hinckley Club has been selected to hold one of the 2WD Mid West Off-Road Buggy Regionals this Year(Sunday 24th May 2009 - Round 2), I thought that it would be a good idea to let everyone know, who's unfamiliar to the Buggy scene, of how to Enter each Round of the Series. The Mid West ...
I presume that Hinckley Club has made an Error on their Summer Calender, as I have an Official Stoneleigh Show Race Entry Form from Coventry Club in front of me, stating that its on Saturday 29th, Sunday 30th & Monday 31st August 2009.

Hi all, As theres NO Racing at the Hinckley Club this Saturday & the Weather for the Weekend is meant to be good, I thought that some of you out there may be intrested in Racing this Sunday - 22nd March. The Meeting is for 'ELECTRIC' 2WD & 4WD Off-Road Buggies only & will be held on the ...
What about covering the Ramps in Glue, spreading Sand allover them.......once dry, wipe off the access Sand leaving a Grippy Surface! 8) What about using some fairly thin Sheets of Wood(possibly around 10mm/1/2 Inch thick), screwed down on top of each other in a Spiral/Pack of Cards effect, creating...
I agree with Golf Ball Wacker Guy2 :D Having an Indoor 'Off-Road' style Heat with Ramps/Obstacles could damage the Carpet, if a Buggy takes a Jump wrong & lands it upside down on the Carpet, there could be some rippage! If there was enough intrest for a Buggy Heat Indoors(just on Flat Car...
I'd also be up for it :D It would be the perfect opportunity for us all to get together & make some Decisions about any extra Track Markings required, Modifications to the Ramps & Table Top, as well as getting some ideas together on how to make some Rumble Strips & required Measurements ...

Hi Neil, I think that the Nosram Storm 3 Star Motor was the first Generation Brushless Motor that Nosram Released  I know that the General Gearing for a new 7.5T(Sintered Rotor)Brushless Motor in an RC10 B4 2WD Buggy would have a FINAL DRIVE RATIO of around 8.8 (Spur Gear divided by Pinion x ...
Hi Dale, I think that we had a really good first Buggy Season last year, considering it was only organised a couple of weeks before we actually did it. Having the new Ramps & Table Top towards the end of last Summer also improved things.......eventhough we need to make some Modifications to them...
