Re: HINCKLEY CLUBS 2015 OUTDOOR OFFROAD SEASON
Hi all, Mr Gibbs was away on holiday last weekend, not sure who authorised that! So in his absence I took a few photos :n1 Last Saturday was round 17 of the championship. The day was a quiet affair with a number of regular members away, but the grass was mowed by its dedicated members and another ...

Re: POSSIBLE CLASSES OVER THE WINTER INDOOR SEASON
If our club has some members who wish to race buggies in an on-road environment, then maybe the forum is a good place for them to voice their own opinions and experiences running indoors on carpet? Personally I feel the class would be a fad, but if they was to run, then foams my be the best bet ...

Hi All, Thought it's worth mentioning that Zac Finlay took yet another win in the pro stock class on Sunday, that 3 in a row! Well done :D Not only that, half the A final qualifiers in the class was made up by Hinckley club members, so well done guys. EWS is becoming one of the biggest indoor TC ...

Track Orientation
Hi All, You may have noticed we decided to reverse the track direction on Saturday just gone! As a result the club received/heard some negative feedback. But before I explain the reasoning, I would like our seasoned HRCCC members to think back to when our club was racing at JCC, and ask yourself ...

Re: Supastox gearing ?
Hi Andy,
Suppose it depends on where you are racing and what motor you are running?
I've been running supastox all summer with a thunder power motor, with a rollout of around 72mpr. So that's using a 66 spur, 33 pinion and 46/47mm rear tires.

Re: x-ray t2 worn driveshaft
Hi Ian,
I would say the axle and most likely the pin look very worn. You can buy all the components separately to replace.
Couple of questions... is this one of the front drives shafts and how often do you clean/lubricate them?

Re: Racing Saturday 3rd November
Like the idea of a cheaper tyre :n1 As Daz is doing, lets asses the performance and durability of the tyre over the next few weeks. The make a decision for next years championship? I know some fellow club members have been running the Powers tyre , so be interesting to hear their feedback too? Martyn
