Re: HRCCC Team Race??
Just a quick thought..
Maybe 2 events should be planned, as i know some people would not be interetsed in "randomly picked" teams.
The first event could be "Randomly allocated" team members from a raffle / drawn from a hat, but the second event would then be "Professional" teams ie. People put ...

Re: HRCCC Team Race??
I think a 12hr Endurance event with a single car per team is an excelent idea, I have done this before with Mardave, but Ansmann may be the way to go if the kits / costs come cheaper.
I would be intertested in participating given a sensible set of rules / costs being sensible.

Re: On-board camcorders
Hmm. The windscreens look clear from a couple of feet, but of you study them, they can be a little opaque, especcially if yours is particuarly "orange peel" effected..
It seems that this camera is a MUCH better option than the wirless spy camera I tried some time ago. Can you confirm that this also ...

Re: On-board camcorders
Excelent quality.. better than that i managed some time ago.. Still suffers from the same old problem though..The angle is not wide enough / the car changes direction to quickly..
If the quality / frame rate is good enough, then maybe these shots would benefit from being run at half speed?..
