Nosram Matrix Evolution ESC - No Boost Mode
Hi all, I just want to check I am legit in the 17.5T class with the ESC I have. I *think* it's the old Nosram 90750. It has 'Nosram Matrix Evolution' on it and is about 4 to 5 years old. It is definitely not the 'Spec Racing' one as I also have that from my old 13.5T stint a year ago. I have checked...

Re: Quicksilver Class in Off-Road?
Hi Michael, We already have a class! It's called retro - but basically just stick a silver can into something not too modern and you can join in. I personally race in this class and have a Tamiya Subaru Brat. It's good fun and I'm thinking about also getting a lunchbox for even more laughs... Speak ...

Re: One Way Set-Up?
Hi Michael, You can still run a diff with the one-way pulley. It will probably be easier to drive than having a front one-way and not suffer quite so much under-steer as a spool. You get the additional maintenance however and it's considered to be (very slightly) slower when accelerating, due to the...

Re: Hi and request for info on getting (re)started
No problem - I'll get some pics and post it on the site. Unfortunately it's going to have to wait until next week though as the front shock needs repairing and I have my tax return to complete
I'll let you know when I am done.
Cheers,
Scott

I think it was likely to be Paul Kelsall who had the transponder last. If anyone can contact him, can you get him to check his Mardave?

Hi Neil,
Will you be needing the part this weekend? I am not racing, but I can give the car to Dale if necessary.
Cheers,
Scott

Re: Hi and request for info on getting (re)started
I was looking for something like £60 for each one. Both come with some spares, tyres and body shells. I can sort out the exact stuff and get you some photos if you are interested - otherwise I can bring everything to a club meet one weekend for you to take a look. If you are interested in the brushe...

Re: Hi and request for info on getting (re)started
Hmm... I have two unused buggies that I would be happy to sell: 2WD Losi XXX BK2 4WD Losi XX4 Would you be interested in either one? The biggest problem with both is that Eric (the shop) does not sell many spares, but I have a few that I would chuck in anyway. I ought to put them on the website as t...

Re: Hi and request for info on getting (re)started
Hi Neil, Have you looked at the Coventry club near the airport? http://www.dammit.org.uk/cmcc/index.htm They race off-road all year round - but some of the tracks are better suited to larger scale models and they have a stronger leaning to gas than electric (we only run 1/10th scale electric). Since...

Spec Savers
Hi All, Just a few ancillary items: 1. Someone left their glasses at the club on Saturday. They look like reading glasses, so I guess someone is not getting their Harry Potter fix this week. Problem is, they may not be able to read this without them. Anyone know the possible owner? 2. One of our est...

Re: help need a part
Hi Neil,
I think that's the same part as I have on my Carpet Knife. If so, I'll bring it with me this Saturday so you can borrow it until you get a replacement.
Cheers,
Scott
